Born & raised in the South, my husband and I recently made the move west, all the way to California! This journey has been a roller coaster ride of events for us thus far. We miss our family & friends but love the new adventure. I am learning new things about my self, my partner and this part of our world.
I’m an ordained Baptist minister by vocation. I have just finished the adventure of being a chaplain resident in the Veterans Affairs Hospital System. I was blessed to be introduced to wonderful patients & colleagues who shared their life with me. I am now serving as the interim pastor of a UCC/ABC church in San Jose, CA. I’m thrilled about this new experience!
My husband and I parent a 6 year old Shih Tzu named Jovi. Running, hiking, walking through the woods, drawing, painting, good cup of coffee & conversations with a friend… just a few of my favorite things!
